Cloud label is an online labeling solution, it has the same look and feel and is as simple as Grafokett Online. The reason for the name change is that it should be easier to understand what the service does and that it is easier to remember.

Instead of embedding logos, product images, and certification images in the label template, you can upload all your images to cloud label. When printing, the correct image is retrieved automatically.

This isn’t really a new feature but we’ve quite recently reinvented it by making it available for both orders and articles. The function allows you to either type in the id of your item or order and the keyboard enter key causes the system to try to retrieve labels associated with your item/order and send it to the connected printer. The main purpose is to use a barcode scanner that does the job. 

When your labels are printed and the user misses/neglects to input a value for something you want, you can have a predefined default value that is used. This is done on the label template and becomes unique per label. If the user selects an article or order that has a value, that value is used instead!

With the help of webhooks, we can provide other applications with real-time information. This belongs to the integration package and is automatically included when you select the “Integrations API” add-on. When the order data has been processed in cloud label, the webhook that is set up is triggered and external systems can be updated in real-time.

It is becoming increasingly common for systems to create completely finished PDF files that the user can download and print, but it is not uncommon for this to be messy and has a tendency to increase the staff’s workload with several button presses.
